We will be offering an NRA Basic Pistol Course on the above date. Course is in two parts. Classroom part is Saturday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, at the Henry Lodge Masonic Temple, 10503 Oak Place, Fairfax, VA. This part of the course includes all the classroom time, including the exam. The second part of the Course will be at Sharpshooter’s Small Arms Range, 8195-M Terminal Road, Lorton VA 22079. This part of the course includes all the range time. Detailed directions to Sharpshooter’s will be provided on Saturday if needed.
Both sessions of the course must be attended in order to complete the course.
No live ammunition will be allowed in the classroom, or at Sharpshooter’s until on the range. This includes concealed handgun permit holders and local, state, or federal law enforcement officers (classroom only).
All equipment (firearms, ammunition, safety equipment, etc.) and student text will be provided. Bring paper, pen, highlighter(s) as necessary. If you have a firearm and would like to learn how to use it, please feel free to bring it. Please note make, model, and caliber in the course registration.
Saturday will include a half-hour break for lunch. Lunch is provided. Make your lunch selection when you register. Orders will be verified in the morning in case you change your mind.
Cost of the course is $150. A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your space in the course. Payment information will be displayed once you complete the registration form.
